When we began to imagine a better way to supply specialty coffee, we thought of everything our customers would need and expect from a trusted supplier and partner. Then we came up with a few new ways to improve things. Here’s where we landed.

Great Coffees

Every time you place an order with us you’ll be receiving top quality coffees. Each one that we offer is the result of an extensive quality control process unlike any other. We cup at every stage while the coffee is still at Origin, and we cup again in the U.S. before and after coffees arrive. Plus, we run our own facilities, so it’s our people with our products every step of the way. We do a lot to make sure that what arrives at your door will be the finest we can offer, and we’re confident you’ll taste the difference.


All Genuine Origin coffees are packed in GrainPro bags and sealed in easy-to-move, easy-to-ship 65lb boxes at Origin. Once boxed, they remain unopened until you break the seal yourself.

Free Samples

We invite you to cup and get to know our coffees. Samples are free, and you can order direct from our online store.


Our shipping boxes are 100% recyclable. Currently we’re developing a unique program for the GrainPro bags we use inside the boxes, but until then we’d love to see your creative ways to upcycle. Post your ideas or tweet us using #GOupcycle.

Simple Ordering

All our coffees and prices are published on our site, and we’ve done everything we can to make it as easy as possible to order online. You can even select your own delivery date. Visit our online store and see just how simple ordering specialty coffee can be.

Simpler Delivery

Our coffees are available in 65lb boxes for easy parcel delivery. Pay just $10 a box for parcel shipments or $7.50 a box for pallet shipments (10+ boxes). We’ll take care of delivery and insurance and you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your shipment. You can schedule shipments up to 90 days out from your order date. .

Returns and Resolution

We accept returns of unopened boxes of coffee within 10 business days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. If it is our fault, we will make it right.
